Process: Prepare the cement mix, pour the required quantity inside the mould, switch on the motor of 4Hp to vacuum the air bubbles by the power of the vibration, press cement by machine handle, and the pressed stones are taken out on a special wood pallet (plywood).
Presses on the Pallet: 50 cm * 50 cm * 1.8 cm
Production per day: 40 to 75 presses per hour, according to the laborer.
